1. Current position

Nexiom does not currently set advertising, profiling, or audience-measurement cookies. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or behavioural analytics on nexiom.xyz.

The interface uses browser local storage for functions requested by the user. Local storage is a browser technology that saves small amounts of information on your device and is covered by this notice even though it is not a cookie.

2. Storage used by Nexiom

These items support the launch-history and notice features you request. They are not used for advertising or tracking across websites.

• kaylo:launches:v1 stores up to 100 launches made through this browser, including public contract and transaction details. It remains until you clear it or the browser removes it.
• kaylo:legal-notice:v1 may store whether an informational notice has been dismissed. It remains until you clear it or the browser removes it.
• kaylo:coin-image: followed by a contract address may temporarily store a selected coin-image preview in session storage. It is removed when the browser session ends or when you use Nexiom's Privacy Controls.

3. Third-party technologies

Your wallet extension, browser, hosting provider, RPC provider, block explorer, or a site you open from Nexiom may use its own cookies or storage. Nexiom does not control those technologies. Review the provider's notice and settings before using it.

4. Your controls

Use Nexiom's Privacy Controls page to remove Nexiom local data from this browser. You can also clear site data in your browser. Blocking local storage may stop launch history and preference features from working, but it does not prevent you from reading public pages.

Because Nexiom does not currently use non-essential cookies, the site does not display an accept-or-reject advertising cookie banner. If we add non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this notice and request consent where required before using them.
